As part of the 2021 Bronx Primary Debate Series Gary Axelbank moderated the debate between four candidates running for the 14th City Council District in the Bronx. Participating candidates were Adolfo Abreu, Haile Rivera, Fernando Aquino, and Pierina Ana Sanchez answered questions on development and planning, the Kingsbridge Armory, health care, homelessness, crime, image of communities, education and opportunities to support the gifted and talented, and the mayor.
